Nino works with Enduroman as an official and also holds training camps and solo swim challenges that may be useful during the build up to an Enduroman Arch2Arc attempt.

    Schedule:

    Friday:
    2hrs swimming Calais.

    Saturday:
    AM: 3hrs swimming - Calais-Sangate.
    PM: 1hr night swimming - Calais.

    Sunday:
    6hr swimming test with offshore boat from Cap gris Nez to Calais.

  • Lanzarote, Canary Island – Spain

    One-week stays from Saturday to Saturday. 7 nights (double room with another person) half-board (breakfast and evening meal, all-you-can-eat buffet).

    Sea training: 28 hours of swimming spread over 8 sessions.

    Pool training: 47m, 3 lane swimming pool with cool water between 17 and 20 degrees. 4 sessions of one hour each.

    Gym training: 3 sessions of one hour each

    SPA: 1 hour per day (hot water jet pool, jacuzzi, cold water tank (13-15 degrees), & sauna.
