6hr swimming test with offshore boat from Cap gris Nez to Calais.

One-week stays from Saturday to Saturday. 7 nights (double room with another person) half-board (breakfast and evening meal, all-you-can-eat buffet).
Sea training: 28 hours of swimming spread over 8 sessions.
Pool training: 47m, 3 lane swimming pool with cool water between 17 and 20 degrees. 4 sessions of one hour each.
Gym training: 3 sessions of one hour each
SPA: 1 hour per day (hot water jet pool, jacuzzi, cold water tank (13-15 degrees), & sauna.
